AFFIDAVIT

We,
1. Hitesh Khandelwal, Age 30, S/o Shri Dan Bihari Khandelwal (Name Of
Husband)
2. Deepa Gupta, Age 30, D/o Shri Ram Krishan Gupta (Name Of Wife)

Solemnly declare and affirm the following:

i. That we are married under The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 as per the
Hindu Rights/Customs and are living together as married couple since
21-Feb-2019 (date of marriage) at 2, Seva Kunj, Near Mota Ganesh,
Vrindavan,U.P
ii. That we got married on 21-Feb-2019 in Vrindavan, U.P and hence by
virtue of our marriage we both are husband and wife.
iii. That our joint photograph is affixed below.

VERIFICATION:

Verified at Mathura on 22 August 2019 that the contents of my above


affidavit are true and correct to best of my knowledge and belief and nothing
has been concealed therein.
