Towing Mileage is calculated once the disabled vehicle is in tow. Towing rates include the appropriate division Hook Up Fee plus $7.00 per mile to the
desired location specified by the customer.
*Division Rates are determined by divisional boundaries.

***Night/Weekend Hours: Monday – Friday 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM; Friday 10:00 PM – Monday 6:00 AM Holiday Hours: 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM
Authorized Holidays (Day Holiday Falls): New Year’s Day (Jan. 1st), Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day,
Christmas Day (Dec. 25th).
(Rate is determined by dispatched time from TSOC)
Note: A flat fee of $250.00 for the use of a rotating flatbed may be charged if the vehicle is towed back to the firm’s shop. Mileage may be added to this
fee, at the rates listed above, if the vehicle is towed to a location other than the firm’s shop. The operator must provide documentation for the need to
have used this equipment.
ROADSIDE Appropriate Tire Change, Fuel Delivery, Battery Boost or Lock Out Service - $20.00 additional charge for each service

1. Passenger car/light truck rates apply to any motor vehicle up to 10,000 lbs. gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) loaded or unloaded. Dual wheel
vehicles will not be considered a light vehicle and will be handled at medium duty rate.
2. When a trailer is towed behind a passenger car or light truck, a charge of one-half the tow rate for the first vehicle may be added if both units are
towed by one truck. If the trailer is separated and requires towing by separate tow trucks, separate tow charges will be incurred for each unit.
3. Taxi fare as stated in Article C (subsection 4) will be $2.50 per mile.
4. The Appropriate Division Service Fee may be levied if the vehicle does not require towing after being restored to the pavement.
5. Charges not covered by accepted Auto Club memberships may require immediate payment by Cash, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
6. A fee of $25.00 will be allowed for tow vehicle with extended cabs when 3 or more people are transported in the truck. This includes any Pets and/or
animals requiring transportation. It is required that all service animals and comfort companion animals be considered passengers.
7. Rapid drying agent (Speedy Dry) may be billed to the customer at actual costs charged to the Authorized Garage plus twenty percent when used to
contain or absorb large spills where one or more bags are needed.
