UNMARRIED MEMBERS:
o Parents, grandparents, unmarried siblings nieces/nephews up to 24 years
old may be declared as dependents with a corresponding yearly
assessment
MARRIED MEMBERS:
o May declare the parents or grandchildren up to 24 years old as second
degree dependents with a corresponding yearly assessment
SINGLE PARENT MEMBERS:
o May declare the parents as second degree dependents with a
corresponding yearly assessment
Senior members with 20% discount on the transfer fee/ change of nominee
fee when transferring the share to one of his/ her legal aged children
Pictures: The club will not accept outside pictures, the club has its own studio
for taking pictures of the client - charge of Php 200.00 per card.
If the client is willing to pay five (5) months advance monthly dues no charge
to be collected for the card.
Members can avail of payment arrangements with BDO.

The complete registered name of the Club is Celebrity Sports (Plaza), Inc.
Advance Monthly Dues: minimum of 6 months advance
Consumable: For unused consumable, forfeiture is monthly if the payment of
the dues is on a monthly basis. If the dues are paid in advance, consumable
is cumulative
