AFFIDAVIT

I, Ramesh Chandra Gupta, S/o Raja Ram Gupta, aged 71 years, R/o
– 1499, Jankipuram, Civil Lines, Jhansi, U.P. presently at Jhansi do
hereby state as follows: -
1. That I am petitioner no. 5 in the present Special Leave Petition
and as such I am fully conversant with the facts and
circumstances of the case. On behalf of all the other
petitioners in this matter, I am competent to swear this
affidavit.
That the contents of the accompanying Special Leave Petition
consisting of paragraph 1 to 8 from pages accompanied with
Synopsis and List of Dates at Pages B to Y and IAs has been
read over to me in vernacular language I say that same are true
and correct and nothing material information has been
concealed therefrom.
2. That the contents of para 3 of the petition are not admitted
(excluded the annexure) as stated hence are denied and it is
stated in reply to this, that the petitioner was given notice on
31.05.1995 for depositing the remaining amount 3/4 E
38,55,115.30/- but the petitioner neither deposited the rest
amount nor took any bid in respect of the notice dt.
31.05.1995 it has been informed to me that the petitioner
deposited only 1/4 i.e., RS. 20,25,136.00/-on the auction date
04th of February.
3. That the Annexures P-1 to P-38 are translated copies of their
respective originals.
4. That no other Special Leave Petition has been filed by the
Petitioners against the impugned judgment and final order
before this Hon’ble Court.
