Course Syllabus for Succession
Course Description
The course covers the introduction to the law on Succession, focusing on
the examination and analysis of the basic and key provisions of the law
on testate and intestate succession. The course also takes up the basic
rules of procedure on the settlement and administration of the estate of
deceased persons.
