In consideration of services to be performed by Kraemer Aviation Services, LLC
hereinafter called the Broker, for:

hereinafter called the Owner or Owners, the owner (s), does hereby grant to the broker
the exclusive right to sell the aircraft as described below according to the following terms
and conditions included in this agreement.
The owner (s) grants to the broker the exclusive right for a period of 120 days from the
above date to advertise, place “For Sale” signs with brokers name on aircraft, to
demonstrate aircraft at brokers discretion and to accept deposits and execute sales
agreement for the aircraft.
The owner (s) agree to maintain insurance coverage of an adequate amount to insure the
aircraft hull and liability for the duration of this agreement.
The owner (s) will be responsible for any maintenance or repairs required on the aircraft
and shall provide gasoline and oil for the duration of this agreement. No maintenance
will be performed on the aircraft without consent of the owner (s).
The broker agrees not to use the aircraft for purposes other than those pertinent to the
sale of the aircraft.
The owner will maintain hull and liability insurance on the aircraft, name broker as
additional insured, and wave subrogation in favor of the broker, with respect to
demonstration flights pursuant to the sale of the aircraft.

The owner (s) agrees to and will, upon the presentation of certified funds, execute a bill
of sale free of any liens and encumbrances for this aircraft as described below.
1. The owner agrees to the following terms of the sale.
A brokerage fee of ________ of the selling price will be charged to seller.
2. The owner may designate by name anyone he desires to sell the aircraft to during the
period of this agreement. These individuals must be named at the time the agreement
is signed. In the event the owner sells the aircraft to a named individual during the
period of the current agreement, or for period of 30 days after, a fee of 1% of the
selling price will be paid to broker to cover the cost of advertising.
A sale to any individual or company other than those named as exclusions below, will be
considered a sale by the broker.
EXCLUSIONS
None
The owner (s) through the execution of this agreement hereby acknowledges receipt of a
copy of this agreement and certifies that all information contained herein is accurate to
the best of their knowledge and belief.
