Dear Neighbors,

I hope this letter finds you well. As we all know, our area has been facing a persistent problem with
flooding whenever it rains. The lack of a proper gutter system means water has nowhere to go,
leaving our streets waterlogged and our homes at risk. This has caused inconvenience, property
damage, and even health concerns for many of us.

I believe we can solve this issue if we work together as a community. I’d like to propose that we
