INGREDIENTS:
60ml Captain Morgan White Rum
25ml Lime Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup

E QU I P M E N T:
Glassware: Coupe
Ice: N/A
Garnish: Lime Wheel

METHOD:
Add all ingredients to a Boston tin
Shake vigorously
Fine strain into a coupe glass
Garnish with a lime wheel

50ml Captain Morgan Dark Rum
15ml Lime Juice
150ml Ginger Beer

E QU I P M E N T:
Glassware: Highball
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Lime Wedge

METHOD:
Add the Captain Morgan and
lime juice into the glass
Stir and combine
Add the cubed ice
Top with the ginger beer
Garnish with the lime wedges

20ml Captain Morgan Dark Rum
20ml Captain Morgan White Rum
15ml Dry Curaçao Liqueur
20ml Orgeat
15ml Lime Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup

Glassware: Rocks
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Pineapple Leaf and Maraschino Cherry

METHOD:
Pour the white rum, curacao, orgeat, lime juice
and sugar syrup into a Boston tin with ice
Shake vigorously
Fill the glass with cubed ice
Strain the mixture into the glass
Slowly pour the dark rum over the top so it
stains the drink
Garnish with the pineapple leaf and
maraschino cherry

25ml Captain Morgan White
25ml Captain Morgan Spiced
100ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Lime Juice
25ml Coconut Cream
10ml Single Cream

E QU I P M E N T:
Glassware: Hurricane
Ice: Crushed
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge

METHOD:
Add all ingredients into a Boston tin with ice
Shake vigorously
Add the crushed ice into the glass
Strain the mixture into the glass
Garnish with a pineapple wedge

50ml Pineapple Juice
20ml Lime Juice

METHOD:
Add the ice into the glass
Add all the other ingredients into the glass
Stir
Garnish with a pineapple wedge

Garnish: Lime Wedge

METHOD:
Fill the glass with ice
Add the Captain Morgan, lime juice, lemon juice, sugar
syrup and grenadine into a Boston tin with ice
Shake vigorously
Strain the mixture into the glass, whilst
pouring the soda water in simultaneously
Garnish with the lime wedge
