We are partnering with internship platforms to onboard interns who are
interested in setting up Google Ads accounts. As a Google Ads Manager, your
role is to help these interns create and manage their accounts efficiently. This is a

straightforward process, and we will provide you with everything you need to
succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
. Contact and Schedule Appointments:
○ You will receive leads from internship platforms.
○ Your job is to reach out to these interns professionally and set up a
convenient time for the account creation process.
○ When speaking with them, explain the benefits of having a Google Ads
account and how it can help them grow their business or career.
○ Building a positive relationship during this first contact is crucial for
ensuring they follow through.
. Create Google Ads Accounts:
○ The actual account creation process will take 30 minutes or less.
○ We will provide you with all the necessary details, including keywords,
headlines, and campaign settings—you simply need to set them up
correctly.
○ Your job is to make the process smooth and easy for the intern so they feel
confident about using their account.
. Handle Payment-Related Questions:
○ During the setup, the intern may ask:

◆ Why should I use my own payment method?
◆ Is it safe to use my personal card?
○ It’s important that you answer these questions confidently and
convincingly:
◆ Explain that Google’s policy requires the account holder to use their
own payment method.
◆ If a company payment method is used, the account could get

suspended permanently, which we want to avoid.
◆ Reassure them that using their own payment method is completely
secure and that they are in full control of their spending.
◆ Let them know that Google does not share financial information
with anyone—their credit card or bank details will remain completely
secure and protected by Google’s privacy policies.
○ We will send them funds to help them get started with their ads. Once
the account is created, you will guide them on how to add the funds and

recharge their account.
○ Your goal is to make them comfortable with proceeding—if they hesitate,
we risk losing the opportunity to create the account.
. Manage Account Funds:
○ If their account is running low on funds, we will send them the funds to

○ You will need to follow up with them and guide them through the
recharging process.
○ Ensure they understand how to add the funds correctly and that they feel
comfortable with the process.
○ Reassure them that Google Ads is a secure platform and that their
financial information is protected.
○ Keeping their ads running without interruption will help maximize their
campaign's success.
. Act as the Account Manager:
○ Once the account is created, you will become the Account Manager for
that intern.
○ This means you will monitor their ad performance and provide guidance
when needed.
○ If any issues come up or if the intern needs help, you will have access to a
senior Google Ads expert for support.
○ Your responsibility is to ensure that the account runs smoothly and
delivers good results.
. Monitor Performance and Expenses:
○ If the ads are running daily, we will collect reports from the interns.
○ These reports will be recorded in a Google Sheet that the team will review
regularly.
○ The sheet will track daily expenses and performance so that we can
identify any issues early and make adjustments to improve performance.
○ Keeping track of this data will help us maintain strong results and avoid
any issues with the campaigns.
. Daily Targets and Incentives:
○ Your goal is to create at least five accounts per day.
○ For each successful account created, you will receive an incentive of
₹100.
○ Hitting or exceeding your daily target will help you maximize your earnings
while also contributing to the success of the project.
○ The more accounts you create, the higher your income—this is a great
opportunity to earn consistently.
. Assist with Account Recharge:
○ After the account is created, you will follow up with the intern to help them
add funds using their own payment method.
○ We will send them funds to get started with their ads and to keep their
account running.
○ If the account is running low on funds, we will provide additional funds,
and you will assist them with the recharge process.
○ Explain how the payment process works and reassure them that they are in
control of their spending.
○ Make sure to emphasize that Google does not share financial

information with anyone, ensuring that their payment details remain
secure at all times.
○ Your support will help them feel comfortable and confident about running
their ads.
