RE: REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR COLLEGE TUITION FEES

Your Excellency,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. My name is Nancy Esokon Losuru, a
resident of Kwanza Constituency in Trans-Nzoia County. I am writing this letter humbly to
request your kind assistance in supporting my college tuition fees.

I am currently a student at Kitale National Polytechnic College, pursuing a course in Artisan


Horticulture. I am passionate about my education and committed to achieving academic
excellence. However, due to financial challenges facing my family, I am unable to raise the
required tuition fees to continue with my studies.

I’ve been raised by a single Mother who is a low-income earner, making it difficult to meet the
demands of higher education. She also assists my three siblings whom are all schooling. I have
attached the necessary documents, including my I.D, fee structure, and death certificate, for your
reference.

Your Excellency, I kindly request your office to consider my appeal for bursary or any form of
financial assistance that may be available through the County Government of Trans-Nzoia. Your
support will not only enable me to complete my education but also empower me to contribute
meaningfully to the development of our county.

Thank you for taking the time to consider my request. I would be sincerely grateful for any
assistance extended to me.
