Reflection 3

At first, I thought the SBA's group work challenging because I liked


working alone. On the other hand, the process made me more patient and
flexible. Together, we practiced responsibility and met deadlines, which
improved my time management and teamwork abilities. I gained more
perspective and learned how to deal with various working styles as a
result of this experience. Researching for the SBA subject also enhanced
my writing and research skills. My research abilities developed by
compiling data from various sources, and my writing was improved by
organizing and writing the SBA. I gained the confidence to present our
findings clearly as a result of this approach, which will be a useful ability in
the future. My confidence in public speaking increased as a result of
preparing and presenting the SBA presentation. Though I was initially
reluctant, the experience of presenting our work improved my confidence
in communicating my ideas effectively, an important skill moving forward.
