CERTIFICATION

This is to CERTIFY that as per verification of BAC the bidding under PHILGEPS of the one
(1) Unit Patrol Service (Motorcycle) for Barangay Union, Gamu, Isabela was declared failure due to
the following reason;

1. “NO BIDDER”

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing, WE, the Membersof the
BAC, by virtue of the powers vested on us by law, hereby RESOLVE to confirm, adopt and approve
that the bidding is dclared as failure.
APPROVED Unanimously this 24th of June 2024 at Barangay Union MultiPurpose Hall,
Union, Gamu, Isabela
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to furnished copies of this resolution to the
Office of the Municipal Administration and to all agencies concerned for their information and
appropriate action.
