eStatements and eNotices
Definitions: “eStatement(s)” means your electronically delivered Account statements and
disclosures. “eNotices(s)” means your electronically delivered Account notices. "Account" means
your deposit or loan account with us.
Consent: By providing your consent, you authorize us to electronically deliver your Account
statement(s), disclosures and notices that we are required to provide under applicable Federal and
State law. Your consent will remain valid until you revoke it. The agreements that govern your
Account(s) will also remain in effect. By giving your consent, you understand that future eStatements
and eNotices for Account types that we designate will be maintained on a website that you may
access to view, print or download your eStatements and eNotices. We will send an email notification
to you advising you of the availability of your eStatement and a procedure to link to our website.
Your eStatement will be dated the day of the email notifying you of the availability of your
eStatement (the "email date"). Please review your eStatement promptly and notify us within the
applicable time period of any error or unauthorized transaction. Any applicable time periods within
which you must notify us of any errors on your eStatement(s) shall begin on the email date. You may
elect to receive an alert when an eNotice is ready for viewing by selecting the “Create a New Alert”
link, located in the Service Center of iBanking.
Notice of Change in email address: You agree to notify us immediately, in person, by phone, by
mail or by selecting the “Change Email Address” link, located in the Service Center of iBanking. For
your protection and for security purposes, we will not accept any change of email address notices
via email other than through your Online Banking Service.
Printed copy: If you need to obtain a printed copy of an eStatement or eNotice, please contact us
and we will provide the copy; you may be charged for any such paper copies in accordance with the
Bank’s Schedule of Charges.
If you would like to keep copies of these disclosures, you will need a printer or the ability to
download information. You may request a paper copy of any disclosures that you receive
electronically by calling us at the number listed below. There is no cost to obtain paper copies of
these disclosures.
Your Right to Terminate: Your Right to Terminate: You may withdraw your consent to receive
eStatements or eNotices at any time after your enrollment. To terminate this Agreement, you may
provide notice in writing to the mailing address listed below or by sending an email through your
Online Banking Service. Your withdrawal shall become effective as soon as the Bank has had a
reasonable opportunity to act on your request. Upon termination, you understand and agree that
you will no longer have access to your eStatements or eNotices online and that you will receive all
future Account statements, disclosures and notices in paper form via postal mail service.

Bank's Right to Terminate: You acknowledge and understand that the eStatement or eNotice
service may be cancelled at any time and for any reason at the sole discretion of the Bank. If the
eStatement or eNotice Service is terminated, the Bank will provide you with paper copies of all
future Account statements, disclosures and notices by postal mail.
Confidentiality: You understand that it is your responsibility to protect the confidentiality of your
Account information and your username and password. You also understand that data transferred
via eStatement or eNotice is not encrypted, and you agree not to use regular email to send your
eStatement or eNotice to anyone. You acknowledge that the Internet is inherently insecure and that
all data transfers, including email, potentially can be monitored and read by others. We cannot and
do not warrant that all data transfers utilizing the Internet, or email transmitted to and from us, will
not be monitored or read by others.
Limitation of Liability: We do not warrant that the eStatement or eNotice service will operate
without error. Except as specifically required by law, you agree that we are not liable for any indirect,
incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from your consent to our delivery of
eStatements or eNotices, and that in no event will our liability exceed the amounts paid by you for
the services provided to you through the eStatement or eNotice service.
Change in Terms and Conditions: The Bank reserves the right to change the terms and conditions
of this Agreement and will provide at least 30 (thirty) days’ notice prior to the effective date if the
change will result in increased fees or liability. Accessing your Ion Bank eStatement or eNotice
service after you receive any notice of change will constitute your agreement to such change.
Computer Requirements: eStatements and eNotices are produced in PDF format. In addition to
the System Requirements for Online Banking Services, you will need to have an Internet Browser
with Internet Access and Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is available free of charge at their website
(www.adobe.com).
Authorization: By clicking the "Accept" button, which represents your electronic signature, you
certify that you are an authorized signer of the Account(s); that you understand you are legally
bound; and that any transaction performed pursuant to this Agreement shall be considered
authorized by you. If the Account is a joint Account, the electronic authorization by any joint Account
holder applies to all Account holders and shall be considered authorized by all joint owners.
By clicking the "Accept" button below, you agree to receive your Account statements, related
disclosures and notices electronically for the checking, savings, money market, mortgage, loan
and/or certificate of deposit account included in your Online Banking Service that you have selected,
as well as any other statement Accounts whose account activity is combined with these Accounts.
Paper copies of your Account statements, related disclosures and notices will no longer be delivered
to you by postal mail.
