eStatements and eNotices

Definitions: “eStatement(s)” means your electronically delivered Account statements and

disclosures. “eNotices(s)” means your electronically delivered Account notices. "Account" means

your deposit or loan account with us.

Consent: By providing your consent, you authorize us to electronically deliver your Account

statement(s), disclosures and notices that we are required to provide under applicable Federal and

State law. Your consent will remain valid until you revoke it. The agreements that govern your

Account(s) will also remain in effect. By giving your consent, you understand that future eStatements

and eNotices for Account types that we designate will be maintained on a website that you may

access to view, print or download your eStatements and eNotices. We will send an email notification

to you advising you of the availability of your eStatement and a procedure to link to our website.

Your eStatement will be dated the day of the email notifying you of the availability of your

eStatement (the "email date"). Please review your eStatement promptly and notify us within the

applicable time period of any error or unauthorized transaction. Any applicable time periods within

which you must notify us of any errors on your eStatement(s) shall begin on the email date. You may

elect to receive an alert when an eNotice is ready for viewing by selecting the “Create a New Alert”

link, located in the Service Center of iBanking.

Notice of Change in email address: You agree to notify us immediately, in person, by phone, by

mail or by selecting the “Change Email Address” link, located in the Service Center of iBanking. For

your protection and for security purposes, we will not accept any change of email address notices

via email other than through your Online Banking Service.

Printed copy: If you need to obtain a printed copy of an eStatement or eNotice, please contact us

and we will provide the copy; you may be charged for any such paper copies in accordance with the

Bank’s Schedule of Charges.

If you would like to keep copies of these disclosures, you will need a printer or the ability to

download information. You may request a paper copy of any disclosures that you receive

electronically by calling us at the number listed below. There is no cost to obtain paper copies of

these disclosures.
Your Right to Terminate: Your Right to Terminate: You may withdraw your consent to receive

eStatements or eNotices at any time after your enrollment. To terminate this Agreement, you may

provide notice in writing to the mailing address listed below or by sending an email through your

Online Banking Service. Your withdrawal shall become effective as soon as the Bank has had a

reasonable opportunity to act on your request. Upon termination, you understand and agree that

you will no longer have access to your eStatements or eNotices online and that you will receive all

future Account statements, disclosures and notices in paper form via postal mail service.

Bank's Right to Terminate: You acknowledge and understand that the eStatement or eNotice

service may be cancelled at any time and for any reason at the sole discretion of the Bank. If the

eStatement or eNotice Service is terminated, the Bank will provide you with paper copies of all

future Account statements, disclosures and notices by postal mail.

Confidentiality: You understand that it is your responsibility to protect the confidentiality of your

Account information and your username and password. You also understand that data transferred

via eStatement or eNotice is not encrypted, and you agree not to use regular email to send your

eStatement or eNotice to anyone. You acknowledge that the Internet is inherently insecure and that

all data transfers, including email, potentially can be monitored and read by others. We cannot and

do not warrant that all data transfers utilizing the Internet, or email transmitted to and from us, will

not be monitored or read by others.

Limitation of Liability: We do not warrant that the eStatement or eNotice service will operate

without error. Except as specifically required by law, you agree that we are not liable for any indirect,

incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from your consent to our delivery of

eStatements or eNotices, and that in no event will our liability exceed the amounts paid by you for

the services provided to you through the eStatement or eNotice service.

Change in Terms and Conditions: The Bank reserves the right to change the terms and conditions

of this Agreement and will provide at least 30 (thirty) days’ notice prior to the effective date if the
change will result in increased fees or liability. Accessing your Ion Bank eStatement or eNotice

service after you receive any notice of change will constitute your agreement to such change.

Computer Requirements: eStatements and eNotices are produced in PDF format. In addition to

the System Requirements for Online Banking Services, you will need to have an Internet Browser

with Internet Access and Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is available free of charge at their website
