and self-management.
Before entering a certain health
career, we need to plan and make a
choice, how to grow in the chosen
career and make a career shift. This
is called Health career planning.
In order to create a health career
plan, we must first evaluate
ourselves. Self-assessment is a very
important step in career planning.
