Self-payers

This price list is valid for patients who are not insured by any health insurance company in Czech Republic.
The prices are fixed in EUR and the payments can be made by card or in cash. The valid exchange rate (currently
announced by Czech national Bank) will be used in case of possible recalculation to CZK.

The prices for stimulation medication are fixed in CZK and it is only possible to pay for medication in CZK.

✓ The costs associated with the donation (incl. monitoring of donor´s cycle, egg collection, medication
for the donor and reimbursement of donor´s expenses).
✓ Tests for HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C and syphilis for male partner
✓ Sperm analysis + sperm freezing and one year storage
✓ ICSI, extended cultivation, assisted hatching if required
✓ First embryotransfer
✓ This program guarantees our patients at least 2 embryos in blastocyst stage assuming that the sperm
quality is not qualified as OAT (oligoasthenoteratozoospermia) or worse on the day of the fertilization
(according to the WHO). In case that the patient receives only 1 blastocyst and does not become
pregnant (confirmed heartbeat), we create at least 1 more embryo in asynchronous cycle (it means that
the patient receives at least 1 additional embryo from oocyte of another donor). In case that there is
no blastocyst and the patient does not become pregnant (confirmed heartbeat), she´s entitled to another
cycle with 100% discount.
✓ In case of asynchronous cycle, the frozen embryo transfer is charged according to the valid price list. The fee
for vitrification is charged in case that there are 2 or more embryos frozen during the asynchronous cycle.
✓ The third cycle is for free for patients who do not get pregnant (confirmed heartbeat) even after two
cycles with donated oocytes (after transfer of all embryos created during these two cycles) and the
sperm quality was not qualified as OAT or worse in both cycles (according to the WHO).
✓ The patient is entitled to the 3rd cycle free of charge for a period of 12 months from the last embryo transfer.

✓ The costs associated with the donation (incl. the medication for the donors and their examinations).
✓ Guaranteed priority order in case of unsuccessful thawing of embryos. The payment is only charged
for actually transferred embryos.
✓ Third cycle free of charge if the patient does not become pregnant (confirmed heartbeat) at our clinic
even after two cycles with donated embryos. In case that there were two blastocysts transferred each
time during the 1st and 2nd cycle, the patient is entitled to a transfer of two blastocysts free of charge
in the third cycle. In all remaining cases, the patient is entitled to transfer of 1 blastocyst for free in the

PRICE INCLUDES:
✓ Initial consultation and ultrasound examinations during the treatment cycle.
✓ The costs associated with the donation (incl. the medication for the donor and their examinations).
✓ There is a guarantee of an euploid blastocyst (after PGT-A/PGT-SR examination).
✓ Guaranteed priority order in case of unsuccessful thawing of embryos. The payment is only charged
for actually transferred embryos.
✓ Third cycle free of charge if the patient does not become pregnant (confirmed heartbeat) at our clinic
even after two cycles with donated embryos. In case that there were two blastocysts transferred each

In order to thank our patients for their trust, we have created the GENNET loyalty programme. We greatly
appreciate that we are in favour of many of our patients, even in case of an unsuccessful cycle.

The idea is simple: Patients, who are not successfull with their treatment and undergo the same treatment
type within another 12 months from the last embryo transfer, receive a 10 % discount on their next treatment
