Project Description:
▪ Installation of package substations & RMU, MV cable including MV cable terminations, installation
of Switchgears including High voltage testing, Megger testing & Hipot testing.
▪ Installation of MCC (ABB), LV cable terminations, conducting Load calculations, upgrading and
adding more provisions.
▪ Installations of motors, pumps, control panels, VFD’ s, for new feeding lines & conveyors.
▪ Installation of skid control panels, termination of skid instruments according to P & I drawings and
termination of skid JB’ s and installation of feeding line from MCC.
▪ All electrical activities for newly installed packing machines such as installation of motors, control
panel and electrical wiring including conveyors.
▪ MEP installations such as lightings, cables for chiller plant & AHU, power sockets, fire alarm

Duties and Responsibilities
▪ Confirming the design, BOQ, load calculations and specifications submitting by the consultant that it
is as per the plant requirement, engineering standards and specifications.
▪ Preparation of scope of work after detailed study of the project to identify the main task and
requirements from contractor.
▪ Preparation of comparative statements of quotation’ s received from the contractor’ s with the
specifications of materials used by each contractor.
▪ Preparation of “ Change Management Request Form” prior to start the project which includes
complete details of project and get approvals from plant operation team.
▪ Attending the technical meeting with engineering department and consultant and also with
representatives from other P & G plant.
▪ Preparation and submission of QA study reports for starting up the projects and also updating QA
reports for the ongoing projects.
▪ Preparation of work schedule, meeting with contractors for project presentation & describing the
scope, and also co ordinates with contractor to execute the project according to P & G specifications,
engineering standards, and plant safety.
▪ Attending the meeting with plant operation team and identifying the new requirements in plant to
increase the production.
▪ Raising the technical queries to consultant, designing the electrical distribution system , preparation
of shop drawings , as built drawings in case of installation of new machineries or equipments.
▪ Preparation of work permit for contractors on daily basis, updating the contactor’ s regarding plant
safety and electrical safety.
