APPLICATION FOR CANCELATION OF NBW’S ISSUED AGAINST
THE APPLICANT/ ACCUSED AMRIT KUMAR.

Most Respectfully submitted as under:-

1. That the said above said case was disposed by this Hon’ble
court vide order dated 15/03/2024.
2. That on 24/01/2024 the applicant/accused could not appear
before the Hon’ble Court because the applicant/accused had
was not aware of the date of hearing and the adverse
order/warrant of arrest had passed against him.
3. That the non-appearance of the applicant/accused was neither
intentional nor deliberate but due to the reason stated above.
4. Thereafter the matter was settled between the parties and
accused/applicant repaid all the settlement amount and
nothing is remained owed on him.
5. Thereafter this hon’ble court after verifying the payment details
was pleased to dispose the above said matter.
6. That on 17/09/2024 the applicant/accused received one phone
call from the police station of Pandav Nagar and the police
official informed him NBW was issued against him in the above
mentioned matter and he is required to appear before the
Police official for the execution of NBW issued against him.
7. That the applicant/accused informed the police official matter
has been settled between the parties and accordingly disposed
off by this Hon’ble Court.
8. Further, the police official insisted that the applicant /accused
shall file an appropriate application to cancel the NBW issued
against him before this Hon’ble Court.
9. That the applicant/accused states that it is my true and correct
statement and all the settlement installment has already been
paid off and nothing is owed on him. And all the relevant
documents have been annexed with this application.
PRAYER
It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this hon’ble Court
may kindly allow this instant application and the NBW issued against
the applicant/accused may kindly be recalled in the interest of
justice.
