‫تمكنا من خالل مذكرتئا هذه حول تنظيم مؤسسة التسيير والتنظيم العقاري الحضري لوالية‬
‫ورقلة من التعرف على‬
‫مجموع ممتلكات هذه المؤسسة شكلها التنظيمي بمختلف مديرياتها مهام كل من المديرية و‬
‫الفروع أو الملحقات وإجراءات العمل لكل مصلحة من مصالح هذه المديريات ‪.‬‬
‫وبهذا نكون قد أخذنا نظرة عامة حول المؤسسة لنصل إلى بعض المالحظات كضيق مساحة‬
‫المؤسسة الوكالة‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬اإلجراءات اإلدارية فيما يخص الخدمات المقدمة من طرف المؤسسة ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬نرى أن حجم الفروع كبير جدا مما يصعب على المؤسسة تسييرها بكاملها حيث أن موضوع‬
‫الساعة هو‬
‫احتمال خوصصة كل فرع يترئسة مسير ملحقة بمثابة مدير وفصلها عن بعضها البعض مع‬
‫المحافظة على التكامل فيما بينها وذلك لحصول كل‬
‫ملحقة على استقالليتها وبالتالى تكون لها فعاليتها أكبر ‪،‬فبالرغم مما حققته المؤسسة من‬
‫انجازات وأرقام‬
‫ايجابية والشك أن نوع االتصال المستخدم رغم نجاحه وانتشاره فى معظم المؤسسات إال أنه‬
‫يشكو من عقبات‬
‫كثيرة لتحقيق سيوله فى االتصال والسير المستمر لمختلف المصالح بسبب المشاكل‬
‫البيروقراطيه من جهة وعدم‬
‫ثبات اإلطارات وشعف التكوين لدى بعض المسيرين‪.‬‬
‫ويضاف إلى هذه المشاكل حجم المؤسسة وطبيها اإلستراتيجية الممثله فى عالقها مع أجهزة‬
‫خارجية كاألمن‪.‬‬
‫وبهذا فإن تطلعات المؤسسة الى آفاق جديدة وطموحات أكبر مرهون بالعمل على المنافسة‬
‫والتوسع‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬سهوله مرور األوامر والتطيمات بين مخلف مديريات وأسام المؤسسة‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬الوقوف على المشاكل والعوائق التي تحول دون القيام يمهام المستخدمين‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬تنمية التجارة تقوم كل المؤسسات على بيع الخدمات‪ :‬السكنات التساهمية‪،‬األراشى‪،‬المحالت‬
‫التجاريه‪ ،‬وذلك‬
‫لغرض تجاري وهذا للحصول على أكبر حصة في السوق‪.‬‬
Clear Sentences

Perhaps your basic skills are fundamentally sound. You can spell most words,

know how to punctuate and make few grammatical mistakes. If this is case,

the next step in building a better writing style is to concentrate on improving

your sentences. A good English sentence is «economical, simple, and clear. A

sentences should no unnecessary words. It should consist of simple,

familiar words. The business writer's main enemies are sentences, too

many words, overuse of big words, and cliches. In this section you will practice

changing weak passive sentences to ones that are active. You will trim unneeded

words from sentences and learn to substitute familiar words for jargon and abstractions

You will translate pompous, complex, and hard to read prtse into

plain English. You will also learn to avoid some common business writing

cliches such as "enclosed please find." Finally, you will do a simple proofreading

exercise which will remind you to watch out for careless errors.

Principles of Effective Style

You can learn to write better by putting into practice a few simple principles of
effective style. You may have to break some bad habits in the process, but that
shouldn't be difficult. Following are some basic rules:

1.When you finish a draft Of a memo or letter, reread it carefully and trim
unnecessary words
2- Simplify your language. Don't try to impress a reader with your
vocabulary.

3 - Scan your writing for passive sentences and standard business phrases
Make passive sentences active by changing the positions of subject and
verb, and remove all cliches.
4. Proofread your memo or letter carefully and correct any errors in spelling,
Typing etc.. Aim for a final draft that looks good as well as dearly
communicates your message.

EXERCISE #1
—ACTIVE VERSUS PASSIVE SENTENCES
Following is a formula for more readable writing. Use simple, active sentences made up of
familiar,
concrete words. First, write with active sentences. In an active sentence, the doer of an
action is named
first, before the verb. In a passive sentence the doer (if mentioned at all) appears in a phrase
after the
verb: “The meeting was changed by the sales manager.” Change each of the sentences
below from
passive to active.
Ex:
Here are the solutions for the exercises you provided:

EXERCISE #1 - ACTIVE VERSUS PASSIVE- SENTENCES

1. Passive:

Plans for the conference will be made by the staff assistant.

Active: The staff assistant will make plans for the conference.

2. Passive:

An error has been discovered by our staff.

Active: Our staff has discovered an error.

3. Passive:

The report will be reviewed by us.

Active: We will review the report.

4. Passive:

A decision was made to terminate the search.

Active: They decided to terminate the search

5. Passive:

The mistake in billing will be rectified by the supplier posthaste.

Active: The supplier will rectify the mistake in billing posthaste.


6. Passive:

Receipt of your letter is acknowledged and appreciated.

Active: We acknowledge and appreciate the receipt of your letter.

7. Passive:

Cost-cutting procedures are advised by the vice-president.

Active: The vice-president advises cost-cutting procedures.

2 EXERCISE #2 — USE FAMILIAR WORDS

Substitute shorter, simpler words for each of the words listed below.

Here are the simpler, shorter word substitutions for each:

1. Assemblage → Group
2. Metropolis → City

3. Visage → Face

4. Utilize → Use

5. Initial → First

6. Facilitate → Help

7. Ascertain → Find out

8. Initiate → Start

9. Optimum → Best

10. Entities → Things

11. Presently → Now

12. Disseminate → Spread

13. Commence → Begin

14. Illumination → Light

15. Extinguish → Put out

EXERCISE #3 — CONVERT TO ACTIVE VOICE

Convert the following sentences to active voice.

1. Passive:

The proposal was discussed by the team during the meeting.

Active: The team discussed the proposal during the meeting.

2. Passive:

The new policy will be enforced by the management team starting next week.

Active: The management team will enforce the new policy starting next week.

3. Passive:

The document was signed by the CEO yesterday.

Active: The CEO signed the document yesterday.

4. Passive:

The meeting was rescheduled by the organizer for next Monday.

Active: The organizer rescheduled the meeting for next Monday.


EXERCISE #4 — USING SIMPLER WORDS

Replace the following formal or complex terms with simpler words.

Here are the simpler words for each:

EXERCISE #5 — IMPROVE CLARITY

Make the following sentence clearer by avoiding passive voice and using simpler words.

Sentence:

The decision was made by the board to approve the proposal.

The board decided to approve the proposal.
