1.3 JOB PURPOSE
This position is responsible for the support, maintenance & up keeping of BU/WH’s IT, Communications
infrastructure. This includes Desktops, Servers, wired & wireless IP communications and Retail specific equipment.

1.4 DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES


 Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, POS systems, printers, scanners and scales

 Monitoring and proactive fault response for all infrastructure components.

 Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

 Providing technical support across the BU/WH

 Setting up new users

 Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

 Provisioning of new infrastructure/products at the instructions of management

 Maintaining professional relationships with internal staff and external parties.

 Liaison with head office team for core support issues & new deployments
2.1 JOB SPECIFICATION
Education: Preferably Computer Science Graduate
Experience (Min – Max): 1-2 year
Knowledge: Desktop infrastructure, Active/Passive network devices
PC fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, knowledge of Network & communication
Required Skills:
technologies, proficiency of Retail specific equipment is a plus
Remarks: Candidate should have knowledge of network-based computing environment
