Make sure your introduction/answers seem spontaneous rather than memorised. Try
talloringitto the company’s values or the attributes that they seek na candidate.
Have about 5-10 instances in yourlife which you can adapt for most questions
Practice speaking out youranswers to yourself (orideally someone else). Things always
seemdifferentin yourhead
Evenif you are askeda genericHR question about yourself and yourskills, provide arelevant
