HLS-B1 表面调整剂
一、Product Introduction 产品简介
HLS-B1 is a pretreatment agent for zinc phosphating. Steel and other metal parts with surface adjustment can
shorten the phosphating time and reduce the use temperature of phosphating, so as to obtain a dense and
rust-proof phosphating film
HLS-B1 是锌系磷化的前处理剂，经过表面调整的钢铁等金属件，经磷化时能缩短磷化时间、降低磷
化使用温度，可获得致密、防锈性更好的磷化覆膜。
二、Product parameters 产品参数
This product features shown below 该产品的特点如下所示：
The appearance of the product: white powder.产品外观：白色粉末。
Chemical property: alkalescence. 化学性质：弱碱性。
Using ratio:
0.1%~0.5% (by weight) using concentration for dipping, which means every ton of bath contains 1～
5kg of this product.
0.05%~0.3%(by weight) using concentration for spray. Every ton of bath contains 0.5~3kg of this
product.
Adjusted by specific technical process parameters.
使用配比：浸渍法0.1%~0.3%，每吨溶液添加1～3kg。
喷雾法0.01%~0.1%，每吨溶液添加0.1~1kg。
具体根据工艺情况适当调整。
Treat temperature: room temperature (< 40℃). 使用温度：常温(<40℃)。
Treat time: above 15 s for steel surface conditioning; above 1 min for zinc and alloy surface
conditioning.
处理时间：钢铁表面调整15秒以上; 锌及其合金表面调整1分钟以上。
PH control: 7.5~8.5. PH 控制：7.5~8.5。
Equipment material requirement: all of the equipment used for surface conditioning can be made of low
carbon steel. Stainless steel is recommended to improve the service life of the equipment. And in spray
applications, if the nozzle is made of stainless steel, maintenance is easier.
设备材质要求：所有用于表调槽液的设备可有用低碳钢制造，使用不锈钢材料可提高设备的使用
寿命。在喷淋应用时，如果喷嘴是用不锈钢制造的，那么维护工作就会简单一些。
三、Using method 使用方法
1. Surface preparation 表面准备
Surface cleaning: all metals treated with surface conversion must remove grease and other impurities before
treatment. 表面清洗：所有用表面转化处理的金属在处理前一定要去除油脂和其他杂质。
Water rinse: After cleaning, the metal must be rinsed thoroughly with water.This rinsing is best to use hot
water, but the water temperature can not exceed 50℃, so as not to affect the adjustment of the table, rinsing
water to a certain rate of overflow, to keep the water clean, to prevent foam and pollution.在清洗之后，金属
一定要用水彻底漂洗。这个漂洗最好使用热水，但水温不能超过 50℃， 以免影响表调剂，漂洗水要
以一定的速度溢流，以保持水的清洁，防止产生泡沫和污染。
2. Bath preparation 槽液配制
Add water to eight over ten of the tank, gradually add and dissolve the required amount of B1 in the stirring
state, and finally add water to the full amount, stirring evenly. 加清水至槽的十分之八，将所需的 B1 在搅拌状
态下逐步投入、溶解，最后加水至全量，搅拌均匀。

3. Bath management 槽液管理
Due to continuous production, surface adjuster B1 needs to be replenished continuously. Generally,
0.5~1kg of B1 is added for 100M3 of treatment area. It can extend the service life for B1 surface adjustment agent
when used under proper temperature. The liquid temperature should not exceed 70℃ to prevent the
decomposition of raw materials. The PH drop of surface adjustment solution can be adjusted by adding a
neutralizer. 由于连续生产，表面调整剂 B1 需不断补充。一般地按处理面积 100M3 补加 B1 0.5~1kg。B1 表
面调整液适当温度下使用可延长使用寿命，液温不能超过 70℃，以防原料分解。表面调整液 PH 下降可加
中和剂来调整。
4. Bath update 槽液更新
When the using time gets long, and bring in a variety of impurities, make the tank liquid become cloudy and
appear other mixed color, even if when the B1 agent was added can not get better results, then the bath should
be re-prepared. 由于使用时间长，且带入各种杂质，使槽液变混浊且带有其他杂色，即使补充 B1t 调
整剂也不能得到较好效果时，应弃槽重新配制。
四、Waste water treatment 废水处理
For waste water treatment of chemicals, please refer to the "material safety data sheet （ MSDS ） " for
products.The surface solution is weakly alkaline and contains phosphate.Waste water should be treated and
neutralized before being discharged into sewers.The tank solution may contain chemical components not
found in the product. The solution should be analyzed before discharge.化学品的废水处理，请参阅产品的
“材料安全数据表”。表调槽液是弱碱性的，并且含有磷酸盐。在排入下水道之前应经过废水处理和中
和。表调槽液中可能含有产品中本来没有的化学成分，在排放之前要分析溶液。
五、Storage condition 贮存条件
HLS is a powder-like product, no special protective measures and storage conditions.
B1 是粉末状产品，不需要特殊的防护措施和储存条件。
六、Matters need attention 注意事项
When using and handling this product, be sure to read, understand and follow the instructions and
Suggestions on the MSDS.The bath is weak alkaline, slight irritation to the skin and eyes, avoid contacting
with eyes, skin and clothing. In case you do, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention if
necessary.在使用、处理本产品时，一定要事先阅读、理解，并遵循“材料安全数据表”上的指示和建
议。该表调槽液是弱碱性的，对皮肤和眼睛有轻微的刺激。注意防止接触到眼睛、皮肤和衣服。万一
碰到了，立即用大量水冲洗，若有必要，立即就诊。
