states which common room you wish to book, for which period, and which
apartment you are a resident of. For the purpose of transferring the deposit,
please provide your reg. no. and account no.
Your booking will then be confirmed from the same email, after which
payment for rent and deposit must be paid to the account information sent
within 3 business days. The amount must be transferred to reg. no. 2191
6895865506. Write your name and period in the subject field.
The same House Rules apply to the common rooms as at Tagkronen and
Planethusene, as well as the following rules:
The premises are taken over at the beginning of the rental period, and must
be left in a tidy condition at the end of the rental period. The tenant has 1
hour from the beginning of the rental period to check whether all furniture,
kitchenware and service, etc. are present, are in good working order, and if
necessary, make objections to any errors and deficiencies by immediately
sending an email to vicevaert@kronenvanlose.dk.
Changes to existing installations (electricity, water, ventilation and internet)
are NOT allowed.
If pictures, posters, etc. are hung, any damage to walls, windows, doors,
ceiling and floor will be repaired at the tenant's expense.
Doors and windows must be kept closed when music is played.
Cleaning of the outdoor area must be done immediately after use.
Use of the cloakroom and other facilities is at your own risk.
After 10:00 PM, playing music is strictly prohibited and the room must be
vacated by 11:00 PM according to the house rules.
When leaving the room, the following must be observed:
1. Tables and chairs must be placed as when the room was taken over
2. The tenant must carry out general cleaning.
3. Any candles on tables and candlesticks must be removed.
4. After washing up (preferably using a dishwasher), the dishes must be
placed in the same designated place as when the room was taken over.
5. Stove and refrigerator as well as freezer must be cleaned after use.
6. Waste must be separated and residual waste must be placed in the special
waste bags for garbage collection. Cardboard, plastic glass etc. for recycling
must be placed at the nearest environmental station on the residential floor.
Anything the tenant destroys must be put aside and the costs of new
acquisition will be offset against the deposit upon settlement.
Anything the tenant destroys must be set aside and the cost of replacing it
will be deducted from the deposit upon settlement.
Since the premises are in the tenant's care during the lease period, it is
expected that they will be treated with care.
The premises must of course be left tidy and free of waste.
Settlement of the deposit:
On the day the lease period ends, an external service company will check
that all furniture and equipment are present in an undamaged condition and
carry out the final cleaning. If missing/damaged items or inadequate cleaning
are found, any costs will be deducted from the deposit before settlement
with the tenant. If the deposit cannot cover the costs of rectifying the
defects, these additional costs will be charged to the tenant's next month's
rent.
Settlement of the deposit will take place as soon as possible, and thus in
connection with the next rent. Unfortunately, it is not possible to get the
deposit refunded before.
Practical information:
The common rooms are equipped with electric code locks, which allows the
caretaker to assign the tenants' key fobs access for the rental period.
Please note that the tenant's key fobs are only granted access to the rented
room within the period paid for the rental of the common room.
