Subject: Urgent – Leave Request on Hold Due to Outstanding Payment
Dear Dr. Williams,
This letter is to formally inform you that your leave request is currently on
hold due to an outstanding payment of $2,500, which is required by the
United Nations military personnel assigned to your duty location in Yemen.
The payment is a necessary condition for processing your leave, as it covers
the security services provided during your deployment.
In accordance with United Nations operational protocol, this payment must
be settled before any leave request can be approved. Please note that today,
May 7, 2025, is the final deadline for settling the outstanding amount.
Failure to make this payment by the end of today will result in the
postponement of your leave request until the matter is fully resolved.
If you have any questions or require clarification, please contact the
administrative office at your earliest convenience.
