Dear Sir/Madam,

We address to you, this Notice, under the instructions and authority from and on behalf of our
PIRAMAL
client FINANCE LIMITED
(hereinafter referred to as “PFL”),
which is a Non-Banking Finance Company / Housing Finance Company, incorporated under the
provisions of the companies act, 1956 as amended, having their registered office at Unit No- 601, 6th Floor, Amiti Building, Agastya
Corporate Park, Kamani Junction, Opp. Fire Station, LBS Marg, Kurla (West), Mumbai- 400070, do hereby issue this notice to all of you.

1. Our client states that You had approached Piramal Finance Limited PFL) and
( had requested for financial assistance towards
PLSA. You had availed various financial facility aggregating to 500000.00/-
Rs. (Rupees Five Lakh Only)and the said loan was
disbursed on28/08/2023from the PFL and PFL had provided various financial facilities from time to time on certain terms and
conditions which are more particularly mentioned in the, Loan Agreement and related transaction and security documents executed
thereto by you all in favour of the PFL and you were required to pay the Equated Monthly Instalments (EMI’s) regularly every
month.
2. That you all have availed and utilized the said financial facility for your benefits but have not been regular in repayments of the
dues with respect to the said financial facility and have committed continuous defaults in payment of the
installments/interest/principal due as per the terms & conditions of the loan documents.
3. In view of the foregoing, our client states that you have not paid the EMIs / PEMIs towards the aforementioned loan account. The
overdue amount along with the applicable interest and penal charges contractual rate of interest agreed in various loan documents is
aggregating toRs. 468646.04/-as on21/04/2025is due and payable by you all jointly / severally to our Client with respect to the
said financial facilities availed by you all.
4. Under these circumstances, we are instructed to call upon you, which we hereby do, to pay either jointly and / or severally, to our
Client the aforesaid overdue amount, the overdue amount is as on the date of the issuance of this notice and as per the agreed terms
and conditions as mentioned in the executed loan documents along with further interest till payment and realization in full, within 7
days from the date of receipt of this notice thereof
, failing which may adversely impact your Credit History, also we have pre-
emptory instructions to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you as per the terms of the provisions contained in the Loan
Agreement, which shall be entirely at your risk as to the cost and consequences thereof.
5. We also wish to inform you that overdue payments are reported to Credit Bureau Agencies from time to time and non-payment of
dues may adversely impact your Credit History.
6. This notice is without prejudice to our clients’ rights to take up any other suitable civil or criminal proceedings against you all
without further notice in this regard entirely at your risks as to costs and consequences thereof.
7. Kindly ignore If you have already made the overdue payment. Looking forward to your cooperation to serve you better.
