FORMULA 1

Hello everybody, today I am going to make a presentation about Formula 1. If you all ready It’s Lights
Out And Away We Go…

What is Formula 1? Formula 1 is the highest level of single seat, open wheel and open cockpit
professional motorsport contest. Let’s take a look at 2024’s driver line-up. As you can see there are 20
drivers and 10 constructures so that means each team have 2 drivers. But they can be replaced as you
can see now. Williams F1 team didn’t like the performance of Logan Sargeant so they replaced him
with Franco Colapinto but not only Williams but also RB F1 team didn’t like the performance of Daniel
Ricciardo that’s why they replaced him with Liam Lawson an F2 driver.

Now you can see the points given to top 10 in F1. 25 points to winner, 18 to second, 15 to third and it
decreases like that. And than there are championships. One for drivers, one for constructures. For
drivers championship they multiple every point which that driver gained but for constructures they
multiple that team’s both drivers points. As you can see Max Verstappen with Redbull leads the
driver’s championship now but constructures’ leader is McLaren that’s because Redbull’s second
driver Checo Perez isn’t that good anymore that’s the reason why Redbull is third. But McLaren has
such a car that is like a rocket ship and pretty good two drivers. Ferrari drivers are also pretty good so
that they are second.

As a last thing I am going to talk about is circuits. For this year they planned 24 Grand Prixes in 21
different countries. 3 in USA 2 in Italy and others are in completely different cities.
