User Evaluation
The partner community has analyzed and evaluated the proposed solution of
the proponents entitled "A Proposed Design of a 2-Storey Multipurpose Public
Market for Barangay San Jose, Rodriquez, Rizal". This plan aims to assess
whether the proposed improvements meet the minimum requirements set by
the community and stakeholders. The evaluation focuses on community
satisfaction and ensuring that the market design supports better safety,
constructibility, and economic. The stakeholder interview includes
compliance with local regulations and environmental standards, community
and environmental needs, and operational requirements.
In this project, gathering the input of stakeholders through interviews is vital
for refining the development plan for the public market. The successful
completion of this capstone design project depends on aligning the project
with the following key criteria:
Stakeholder and Community Satisfaction
Meeting the expectations of the residents of Rodriguez, the local
government, market vendors, and other involved stakeholders.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Ensuring the market improvements meet all legal requirements, including
adherence to local ordinances, public safety regulations, and sanitation
standards.
Feasibility and Sustainability
Designing a development plan that is economically viable, considering
funding, long-term maintenance, and the ability to promote sustainable
commercial activities.
Based on the outcomes of the stakeholder interviews and the incorporation
of the gathered insights, the project can be considered successful and
acceptable if it meets these criteria. This approach ensures that the
improved Public Market in Rodriguez, Rizal not only addresses the
community's immediate economic needs but also supports long-term growth
and resilience.
