Job Description During her internship at Yupo Printing Inc., she took on a wide
(maximum of 1500 characters) range of responsibilities, from administrative tasks to technical and
process optimization work. She hosted weekly stand-up meetings,
drafted reports, managed schedules, validated receipts, and
processed payments for orders, ensuring smooth day-to-day
operations. She also conducted time-motion studies across various
stages of printing—order placing, job modification, production, and
shipping—identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions such as
streamlined communication and task allocation. Additionally, she
optimized CAD designs for sticker printing and implemented waste
reduction measures. She played a key role in enhancing human
resources processes by integrating GESI principles into hiring and
aligning tasks with employee strengths. Throughout the internship,
she contributed to technical report writing and supervised printing,
packing, and shipping operations to meet customer demands. Her
experience honed both her soft skills, such as attention to detail,
adaptability, and communication, and technical skills in CAD
design, process optimization, and time-motion analysis.
