Robert Colarusso has over twenty years of comprehensive and practical


experience in all phases of architecture. He has served as both Project
Manager and Senior Project Architect, supervising and participating
in the design, project administration and construction administration
of technically complex and architecturally challenging buildings as di-
verse as large commercial structures, low and mid-rise office buildings,
industrial manufacturing plants, and scrupulously designed and detailed
private residences

Experience with Allan Greenberg, Architect, LLC:


Currently he is serving as Project Architect on a new 15,000 s.f. residence
in Washington D.C. and a new residence in Bethesda, Maryland.
Previous projects have included acting as Project Manager on a 16,000
s.f residence in Northern California; Project Manager on the restoration
of a ca. 1920’s craftsman style bungalow in Woodside, California; Project
Architect on a 30,000 s.f., residence and pool house on the Connecticut
coast; Project Architect on the renovation and addition to a ca. 1785
American colonial residence in historic Old Town Alexandria, Virginia.
Additional involvement includes participation as Architect on the Rice
University Humanities Building and Dupont Hall at the University of
Delaware as well as several residences in Connecticut and New York.

Other Professional Experience:


Robert’s prior professional experience as project architect includes
several mid-rise office buildings, residential style office park complexes,
and numerous commercial establishments including furniture stores and
warehouses, retail shopping centers and grocery stores. Additionally,
Robert has been Project Manager on the design and construction of two
manufacturing plants and a 100,000 s.f. cargo loading facility at Dover
Air Force Base, Delaware.
