product management team and the engineering team. During the project, a significant conflict

features I had prioritized were technically challenging and would delay the project, while I
believed these features were critical based on customer feedback and market demands.

To handle this conflict, I took the following steps:

1. Active Listening: I organized a meeting with the engineering team to listen to their

without interruption. This helped in understanding the root cause of the conflict and
