This floor was initially the top floor of the castle on Urth. It housed
Xaphar’s three wives, and their many treasures. With the Castellan’s
death, his wives were entombed on this floor in their respective rooms,
and treasures were buried and trapped alongside them. As the curse befell
the castle, each wife was resurrected by the quantum daemon Anasu and
bound to hunt intruders.
All surfaces on this floor are likely to have small, disk-shaped, yellow
fungi growing from them due to Anasu’s curse. The fungus causes brief
hallucinations of ancient wars when consumed.
All surfaces unless otherwise described are sandstone.
All doors unless otherwise described are granite. They will automatically
shut after 10 minutes unless propped open.

open windows now have solidified lava pooling through them. A trickle of
water carves through the floor from room 1 towards the staircase in the
Southwest corner to room 18. Quiet screeches, like a flock of rowdy birds,
can be heard if listening at the top of the stairs. The stairs in the

pertaining to their contents. If a door carving is present, it is described in
the room description.

Anasu strongly desires to be freed from his glass prison. Anasu may be a
daemon, but he currently has a delicate earthly body that is easily killed
by falling glass. Precautions must be made to safely remove him from his
prison. If freed, he promises to grant a single mystic gift.
15. The Third Wife: Both doors to this room depict a crowned woman
surrounded by a large retinue. The walls inside are coated in crumbling
plaster. A close inspection of the plaster on the West wall will reveal the
door to room 17 that has been covered up. Pushed against the door to
room 16 are the shattered remains of a large sarcophagus. Xaphar's third
wife Lucium hides underneath the rubble of her sarcophagus like a

spin like wheels giving her shocking speed. Her two human arms hold
jagged jade clubs matching the jade of the spined crown on her head.
Because of her speed, she is able to attack one character, and then move
far across a room to attack another. She takes half damage from kinetic
attacks, and double from fire or fungicide.
