It is with great pleasure I write to recommend Hannah Hagan as a candidate for the 2020
Rhodes Scholarship. I knew Hannah throughout her undergraduate study and was delighted
to serve as her lecturer the most part of her studies. In school, I watched her grow into an
outstanding student who excels in both academic and personal pursuits.

Ms. Hagan was rated among the very best in her class. Her stellar academic performance
earned her the Overall Best Biomedical Engineering student in her graduating class. As a
student, she demonstrated good analytical reasoning skills, an encouraging capacity for
originality coupled with innovation among others. She was very participative in class.

I, therefore, do not have any reservations recommending her as a great candidate for the
scholarship. I am confident she will make an excellent candidate. If you have any questions
