(Hon’s), B.B.A., LL.B.(Hon’s) B.Com.,LL.B.,(Hon’s) and LL.M. Courses Examinations.

The Examinations for Fresher/Repeater students of various Law Courses as above is scheduled to be held from 16th June, 2025. The
information regarding the prescribed fees structure, last dates for filling online Examination Applications, submitting them to the University and
date of tentative commencement of Examinations is provided for the notice of the staff and students of all the Affiliated Law Colleges of
Karnataka State Law University. Further, Students/Colleges are required to fill Fresh subjects and Repeat subjects in separate Application as
available in KSLU website www.kslu.karnataka.gov.in through college login ID, along with requisite fees payable through SBI Collect Only.
The Registration and Acceptance of Applications Forms for the Examination is Provisional. Admission to Examination is subject
to students fulfilling all eligibility criteria to write Examination, including eligibility for Admission Approval.

 SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
1) The Acceptance and Registration of Applications for the Examinations is Provisional. Admission to examination is subject to the students
fulfilling all other criteria prescribed, including eligibility for Admission and minimum 70% attendance.
2) Principals are informed to ensure that the fees amount collected from the students is to be credited and transfer the amount from your college
account to University account through S. B. I Collect option available in KSLU official website only within the last date mentioned in the
Notification. Further you are informed to send exam applications along with the students list and fees transferred receipt of your college.
3) Students are required to remit Examination Form Fees (Rs.154/-) and Marks Card Fees (Rs.242/-) in addition to applicable Examination Fees.
4) As the Government of Karnataka directly transfers the scholarship amount to SC/ST/OBC students account through the State
Scholarship Portal (SSP), hence there will be no exemption in the payment of examination fees.
5) All Applications Forms for above mentioned Courses/Semesters for Fresher Students are available in KSLU Official website
www.kslu.karnataka.gov.in and after filling online application, colleges have to take a print out of the application form and it should be signed
by the students and certified by the principal of the college. Further all examination applications should be sent to the University along with the
required documents, on or before last date mentioned in the Notification.
6) Online filled Examination Application Forms without penalty, with penalty of Rs.100/- and penalty of Rs.1,500/- should be sent to the
University in time, as per the Notification and colleges are informed to avoid delay in sending applications along with the required documents
or not to request for acceptance of late applications.
7) The Applications with penalty of Rs.1500/- must reach the Examination Section of the University on the date mentioned in this Notification
failing which Applications will be rejected.
8) It is mandatory for Colleges to ensure about the eligibility of the Candidate to write the Examination as per respective Courses Regulations.
9) In case College forwards ineligible Applications, the Principal of the College will be solely responsible for future consequences.
10) It is to be noted that remitting fees and submitting Examination Application is mandatory for students seeking Admission to next Academic
Year.
11) As per existing Regulations of 3 year LL.B., the students who have taken admission in the years 2009 to 2017 are not eligible to
appear for the ensuing Examination, which is tentatively scheduled to be held from 16th June 2025
12) As per existing Regulations of 5 year LL.B., the students who have taken admission in the years 2009 to 2014 are not eligible to
appear for the ensuing Examination, which is tentatively scheduled to be held from 16th June 2025.

NOTE : However, as per 101th Syndicate resolution and approval of the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, 3 Year LL.B. and 5 Year LL.B.
students not eligible for examination as per Sl. No. 11 and 12 of this Notification are given an opportunity to fill the examination
application with the fine of Rs. 2000/- for each Subject.
