EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This internship covers a detailed organization study as a part of partial
requirement of master of Business Administration (MBA) programme the
project work has been done after the completion of 2nd Semester exam and
before 3rd Semester commencement, for a period of 4 weeks i.e. one
month.
The basic purpose of this study is to enable us to get exposed to the working
of the organization and management which helps us to relate the concept
that has been ss learnt and to analysis the working environment of the
organization and hence get a better practical exposure of the functioning of
the unit.
This internship is on“An Organization Study at Bangalore co-op milk union ltd’’
The report studies about the different departments of Bangalore co-op milk
union ltd and their functioning of each department. The main objective of
this study is to observe and understand the day-to-day activities of the
company and to analysis the functioning of various departments which will
help us to know more about the strengths and weakness of this unit. This
also helped me to summarize financial status of the company, SWOT and to
conclude about various areas of the organization and its operations that are
observed and learnt during this programme.
