S + wish (es)+ S + V (quá khứ )

Ex1 : I don’t have a computer.

 I wish I had a computer.
Ex 2 : He is always late for school.
 He wishes He weren’ t always late for school.
 Điều ước ở quá khứ :(Past wish)
S + wish (es) + S + V (quá khứ hoàn thành)

EX 3 : I didn’t know that Windy was ill.

 I wish I had known that Windy was ill.
 Điều ước ở tương lai :(Future wish )
S + wish(es) +S + would +V(nguyên mẫu)
