I’ve been playing Skyrim since launch way back in 2011 on various hardware :)

I play on Switch but very rarely now - because MODS!!!

Now, I’m running Skyrim Special Edition on

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
64Gb RAM
GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Graphics Card

With these mods installed, I have had very little CTDs and hours of relatively smooth gameplay.
I did have to lower my resolution slightly from 4k. I play it on 2560 x 1440 to ensure smooth 60
fps. Ultra detail settings fullscreen mode. Also worth noting that I run this game with all its mods
on an external SSD - I have found significant performance increase compared to the HDD on
my PC.

I thank every single one of the mod creators for breathing more life to this classic game! All
credits go to each one of them. Please endorse them!
User Interface
This is to minimise UI elements that I see in-game but I like to retain some of the vanilla UI like
the health bars and menus. Really game-changing for me is the Quick Loot RE :D
