Periodically lubricate the device in accordance with the position displayed on the

Lubricating Drawing. All rotation components can be rotated smoothly.

Lubricate bearings set with 7011 microtherm pressure grease

Lubricating period is stipulated in the Lubricating Drawing.

1.All hydraulic components,linesand rubber hosemustbecleanedwithkerosene and dried.
2.Connect alllinesaccording to theprinciple drawing;Asfor theassembly of rubber hose with fast

coupling, male and female coupling should bemounted on each end andmarked with matching code.
3.Respectively connectthe feeding and return hosewith the pressure and oilreturn lines
ofhydraulicstation. Withdrawthe hosesunder thecontrolbox during tr ansportation.
4.The otherhosesshould be put in order,and screw thefastcouplings of two endseach otherfor
transportation.
