Hoai : hello teacher, my name is Phuoc Hoai

Lam : hello teacher, my name is Tuyet Lam

Hoai : Today, we will talk about benefits for VietNam as a member of
international organizations.
Hoai : Hi Lam! We need to prepare our presentation about UNICEF. Do you
know the first benefit of Vietnam being a member of UNICEF?
Lam: Yes! The first benefit is that UNICEF helps improve child healthcare and
nutrition in Vietnam.
Hoai : That sounds important! Can you explain more?
Lam : Sure! UNICEF provides vaccines, medical support, and nutrition
programs for children, especially in poor and remote areas. This helps reduce
malnutrition and prevent diseases.
Hoai : Wow, that’s really helpful! What’s the second benefit?
Lam: Another benefit is that UNICEF supports education in Vietnam.
Hoai: Can you give an example?
Lam : Yes! UNICEF helps build schools, provide free learning materials, and
train teachers. This ensures that even children from disadvantaged backgrounds
can get a good education.
Hoai: That’s great! What’s another benefit?
Lam : UNICEF also protects children's rights. They work to reduce child labor
and protect kids from violence and exploitation
Hoai : That’s really important! Why do you think these benefits matter?
Lam : Because they give Vietnamese children a better future. With better
healthcare, education, and protection, they can grow up in a safer and healthier
environment.
Hoai : I totally agree! Our presentation is going to be great. Let’s organize our
ideas and make some slides!
Lam : Yes! Let’s do it.
