The present case FIR was registered on the complaining


statement of NAYAB THSHILDAR that Applicant/Accused was

solemnly affirm and declare as under:
1. That the Applicant/ Accused in the above noted case and is
fully conversant with the facts and circumstances of this case. The
Applicant/ Accused is competent to swear this affidavit.
2. That the accompanying bail application under section 438
Cr.P.C. has been drafted and filed under my instruction by my
counsel. The same is read over to me in vernacular and I have
understood the same to be true and correct to the best of my
knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed thereof.
3. That the Annexures are the true copies of the original.
4. That no other petition seeking the similar prayer has been filed
