The manual problem of renting clothes involves several challenges that both renters and owners
face in the current market. These issues can hinder the overall experience and satisfaction of users.
Below are key problems associated with the clothing rental process:

 Limited Visibility and Access: User has a limited access of items and users may struggle to find
specific clothing items that meet their needs due to poor categorization and search
functionalities. This can lead to frustration and a time-consuming search process.
 Visibility of Listings: Owners often struggle with ensuring their clothing items are visible and
appealing to potential renters. Without effective marketing and promotion tools, items may go
unnoticed, leading to frustration and decreased rental opportunities.

To address these challenges, a comprehensive clothing rental portal, such as Fab Rentals, is focusing

mechanisms, and transparent policies.This web portal aims to facilitate a seamless and user-friendly
experience for both clothing owners and renters. Owners will be able to upload their clothing items
categorized by type (such as dresses, formal wear, casual outfits, etc.), enabling others to browse, search, and
rent these items with ease.

The platform will integrate WhatsApp functionality, allowing direct communication between
clothing owners and potential renters, fostering transparency and trust. Additionally, the portal will
include a feedback system where users can rate their rental experience, ensuring quality and
accountability within the community. To maintain security and personalized experiences, both
owners and renters will need to register and log in to access the portal's features.

Process Description:

In this portal there are following roles and each role has different tasks as follows.

Roles: -

 Admin: Admin will handle the whole portal and do all the necessary operations

 Owner: Owners will do registration and login manage their accounts and perform other
tasks on the portal
 Renter: Renter can search cloths based on their needs and do further communications.

Modules Description:-

 Registration: All types of Users (Owners, Renter) will get register.

 Login: Provide secure login functionality to access their dashboard.
 Profile Management: All types of users can view/update their profile if there is a need
 Cloth Uploading: In this module Owner will be able to upload clothing items with details
(e.g., category, size, description, rental price, and images).
 Cloth Listing: All the items will be listed category wise by the owners.
 Searching and Filtering: This module provides robust search functionality for renters to
find clothing by category, size, price etc.
 Communication Module: Integrate WhatsApp feature for direct communication
between renters and owners. Enable users to ask questions about items, availability, and
rental terms.
 Rental Inventory Management: After Taking cloths on rent owner will update the
inventory status.
 Feedback and Rating Management: User can give their feedback and rating and it will be
viewed by the corresponding tutors/mentors as well as admin of the portal.
 Admin Panel Management: Admin can view the details of any type of users. Admin will
be able to do all authentic tasks for the portal. Like add/update/delete users etc.
 Contact Management: Non registered User can contact to the portal admin in case of
any query.
