I am a confident and outgoing person, I have a wealth of in person sales and
Skills customer service experience which shows my extensive range of interpersonal
skills. I am quick to adapt to any environment or situation I find myself in and am
by nature a problem solver and will find a solution to any problem I am
presented with. I am independently motivated and I am able to motivate and
manage a team as well as able to adapt my management style to suit the team
member I am working with.

Experience McQueens Dairies/ Field Sales Executive

I joined McQueens Dairies in 2022 as a Door to Door Sales canvasser and have
worked in multiple positions since joining.

I was promoted to Team Leader in only 12 weeks and maintained that position
through to January 2024 where I received the award for best Team Leader in
the company. I worked under multiple different depots and multiple locations,
training new recruits, encouraging consistent performance within my set team,
handling the majority of admin for the depots I worked under as well as
continuing door to door sales alongside my team and reaching and exceeding my
targets for both sales and customer retention.

In March 2024 I was promoted to head of recruitment and training for England
where I recruited and trained canvassers for 10 different depots across
England.

In September 2024 I was asked to take a temporary position as a Area manager

for Northampton and Ipswich where I would recruit and run a team of 10
canvassers. I attended job fairs, held talk sessions with up to 30 candidates at a
time and ran 1 on 1 interview sessions.

I stepped back down from this position to a Team leader position in January
2025 so I could focus on making plans to work abroad and will continue this
position until such a time.

Agency Work/ Temporary contracts

March 2022 - March 2022, UK
In these 2 years due to COVID, I have been in several agency roles due to the
pandemic, throughout this time I have worked as a Warehouse operative for
online companies.

I have gained some additional call centre work experience for a solicitors firm
who were helping businesses claim against their insurance companies for them
being mistreated through the pandemic.

I have done quality inspection of parts for a reputable car company and worked
in a plant nursery, additionally I have also worked in a few warehouse positions
picking and packing, loading and unloading deliveries, palletising and other
general warehouse duties until their work volume dropped as well as some
additional Barista experience at Cafe Nero.

Inn on The Green/ Bartender

Alongside agency work I also worked at Inn on the Green which is a Sports bar in
Acocks Green, I worked with a small team of staff through many busy periods
such as major football events and seasonal holidays.

Due to this experience I am able to pull all ontap drinks such as Lagers, Ciders
and Ales, I can also make a small amount of cocktails as well as being able to
change barrels and would regularly help close down and open the pub.

I was a trusted member of staff and worked well alongside all of my team
members and was spoken highly of by the customers. I worked in this position
until the pub closed town at the end of November 2022.

Vita/ Barista
January 202- March 2020, Solihull, UK
I was working as a Barista in a high end coffee shop in Solihull called Vita, as this
was a new shop I helped with opening up the shop and got it running in the early
stages of the business opening.

I worked long hours making coffee, desserts, helping design procedures that
needed to be put in place, greeting the public and cleaning after closing down in
the evening.

I would open the shop regularly as I was a trusted member of staff and would
work closely with management to help plan new ideas.

Gymshark/ Customer Service Advisor

November 2019- January 2020 - Solihull, UK
I was working under an agency on a temporary contract for Gymshark during
their busiest sale period of the year. We worked answering social media queries
and responding to emails dealing with a variety of customer queries from
product faults to gym advice. I was working fully rotating shifts including night
shifts so I am very flexible with hours.

Sitel/ Customer Service Advisor

October 2018- October 2019 - Stratford Upon Avon, UK
 I worked at Sitel in Stratford Upon Avon where I was a customer service agent
for Waitrose.

My Job role included answering telephone calls to customers, dealing with

complaints and responding to queries. I was trained in nearly all lines of business
as I wanted to learn as much information as possible so I could help other
advisors regardless of their line of business.

I enjoy the diversity and constant challenges that I was presented with and
consistently received positive feedback from customers.

Clarks/ Retail
January 2017- October 2018 - Solihull, UK
I worked at Clarks, Solihull. My duties included working on the shop floor
dealing with customers in a very busy work environment and looking after Stock
Levels.

I enjoyed the busy atmosphere and continually hit the sales targets. We made
sure that we greeted every customer that came in to give a friendly atmosphere.

Flying Tiger/ Retail

November 2016- December 2016 - Solihull, UK
I was employed on a temporary contract at the Tiger store in Solihull
Touchwood Centre where I worked mainly on the checkout tills handling cash
and debit/credit card transactions and dealing with the public.

I really enjoyed interacting with the public and was able to work alongside more
experienced staff without any problems, I was also involved in the checking and
replenishment of stock levels within the store and didn’t have any problems
working alone or alongside colleagues.

certified if needed.

Full UK drivers licence which I have held for 6 years.
