assignment with the Central Government for a certain number of years. It is his permanent
intention to reside in India. What is the effect on his domicile?

b. Deepak a male Hindu dies intestate, leaving his mother, his widow, brother, sister and
predeceased sister's daughter. Distribute the property among his heirs.

c. Shanu a Parsi female dies intestate leaving her husband, one son andtwo daughters.
Distribute her property among legal heirs.

d. Aditya intends to bequeath his estate to Akash on the condition that Akashshall divorce
his wife. Is this bequest valid?

A. Akbar, a Muslim by religion, gifted a house to Mohammed for life, and afterthe death of
Mohammed to Salman. Who will be entitled to get the benefit ofthe gift?

B. Mr. Hary bequeaths Rs. One lakh to Mr. Sujit on condition that Sujit shall walk 100 miles in
an hour. Is the bequest valid?

C. Sirin, a Christian female, dies intestate leaving mother, one brother, one sister and two
children from her deceased brother. Distribute the property.

D. Gauri, a female Hindu dies intestate leaving her husband, a sister,a brother,son of pre-
deceased son and one daughter. Distribute the property among her legal heirs.
