Step 1: Search Etiqa Partner App in App Store or Google Play
Note: Iphone users can download Etiqa Partner App using App Store, Android users can
download Etiqa Partner App using Google Play [For Android 5.0 and lower is not
supported- it will not be viewable in Google Play].
Use the Search Bar to
search "Etiqa Partner
App"
Click on "GET"
Step 2: Enter the credentials for App Store and Google Play to download
Note: Etiqa Partner App is a free application
After enter credentials,
and click "Sign In"
Step 3: Install the app
Click on "Install"
Step 4: Go to the main menu to see the app is downloaded
Note: The application download depend on your internet speed. It advisable to use WIFI
or steady internet connections for the download to avoid interruptions during
installation.

Step 5: Enter Mobile number for registration
Note: This app will validate the mobile number used for this app. The mobile number will
be validating using SMS pin. You will received SMS once you enter valid mobile number.
Enter the mobile, take

number format- the
country code has been
added upfront
Click on Login
Step 6: Enter SMS Pin that has been send to you
Note: SMS will be send to the mobile number as per sample below.

The SMS Pin will be expired in 5 minutes. If the SMS Pin expired- you can click "Edit"
button to resend the SMS Pin. But the button only can be allowed to resend after 60
seconds.
Enter the 6 digit SMS pin
i.e 552312. from example
above
Click on Login
Step 7: Select Add Account
Note: Partner App is build for all Etiqa's agent and 3rd party service provider. Currently
right now it is cater for Participating Workshop service provider, MCS Agent and AOTG -
general agent. To login as general agent- click on Add account button.
User can add multiple account if they have the credentials.
Click on Add Account
Step 8: Select AOTG
Note: you can remove the
account by clicking the
Exit button later
Click on AOTG to login as
General Agent
Step 9: Login using Etiqa Partner Portal (EPP) credentials
Note: AOTG mobile app are using the credentials (username & password) used in EPP-
Please check in Appendix 1 for more info.
Note: Each entity (EGIB
or EGTB) have their own
credentials in EPP

APPENDIX 1: Etiqa Partner Portal (EPP) credentials
Note: EPP is website that agent use to login using web browser. It can be access by using
the URL www.etiqapartner.com.my.
Each agent will be provided 2 sets of credentials based on their insurance/takaful license.
General Insurance (EGIB) user id start with CV, General Takaful (EGTB) user id start with
TV.
