Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Location: MG Road Bangalore​

Reports To: Sales and Ops Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to support the
day-to-day management of our online store(s). You will be responsible for product listings,
content updates, order tracking, inventory coordination, and performance reporting to ensure a
smooth and efficient online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

●​ Manage product listings on platforms such as Shopify, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart,
etc.​

●​ Upload product images, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and ensure accuracy across
all listings.​

●​ Coordinate with design and marketing teams for promotional banners, campaigns, and
product launches.​

●​ Monitor website performance and user experience; work with developers or agencies for
improvements.​

●​ Analyze sales data, traffic trends, conversion rates, and prepare performance reports.​

●​ Track inventory and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure stock


availability.​

●​ Handle order processing, cancellations, returns, and customer queries related to online
purchases.​

●​ Optimize product content and metadata for SEO to improve search visibility.​

●​ Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns including email, paid ads,
and affiliate marketing.​
Requirements:

●​ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.​

●​ 1–3 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role.​

●​ Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce,


Amazon Seller Central).​

●​ Good understanding of online sales strategies and digital marketing.​

●​ Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; data-driven mindset.​

●​ Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.​

●​ Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising is a plus.​
