This is the master list of resources & tech you may


need to work on your business and work with clients.

This is a list of useful tools you might like to use. I


have included Free & some paid tools. Please do not
hinder a lot on deciding which one to use. Pick one
who does the work, and you can upgrade later on.

Client Communication Platform


When getting on calls with prospects, or during your
work with clients, you will need to communicate with
them face to face, and through messaging.

Content Creation
During your work, you will need a graphic creation
software that is easy to use & free! If you are a student
you can receive the paid version for free with your
school email. I use CANVA to create my invoices, story
templates for clients, & graphics for Instagram posts -like
the templates I shared with you.

Content batching, planing and scheduling is a life-saver


in our line of work. Luckily, there are many platforms to
do just that. Here are a few:

Client Management Platform

Once you start having paid clients, you might need a


platform that allows you to send invoices, keep track of
clients, send contracts, etc. Please see below some
tools:

Dubsado - project management platform


Asana / Trello / Monday - project management
Google Drive - shared folder with client

The Legal Side

Once you start having paid clients, you need to keep


track of your expenses, invoices, and pay your taxes.
Here are some helpful tools for entrepreneurs:
