Dunwoody Art Festival 2025

Entertainer Instructions
May 10 & 11, 2025

Festival Hours of Operation: Saturday, 10:00AM to 6:00PM and Sunday, 10:00AM to 5:00PM

We are delighted that you will be joining us on Dunwoody Village Parkway for Dunwoody Art
Festival! Nothing brings energy like live performers, and I know you’ll certainly add energy to
this bustling area.

Parking for you will be located at 1449 Dunwoody Village Parkway (Renasant Bank). Access this lot from the
rear in the Dunwoody Village Shopping Center. Your parking pass is below and can be printed to take with
you.

Utilities/Performance Areas
Utilities are not available at this venue, so please be prepared to bring your own amplification system and
power. An umbrella can be helpful for shade.

Please call me when you arrive at 678-427-6450 and I’ll get you set up in your
performance spot.
Smoking Policy
We ask that if you must smoke, please take a break and do so away from the exhibitors. We appreciate your
cooperation in this matter.

Liability
Splash Festivals, Inc. will not assume liability for any act of God, natural disaster, exposure to adverse weather
conditions, damages or injuries, or any cause above and beyond the control of the festival. We appreciate
everyone's cooperation. By your participation in this Festival, you agree that neither Splash Festivals, Inc. nor
its agents or representatives nor the City of Dunwoody will be responsible for any injury, damage or loss that
may occur to the participant, the participant's agents or representatives or his or her property, regardless of the
cause. Participants should obtain, at their own expense, any insurance they deem necessary.

Inclement Weather
Although Dunwoody Art Festival will happen rain or shine, if weather happens during the weekend that would
be considered life threatening, dangerous or creates a concern, we’ll keep you updated through our text
messaging system. To receive these text messages, you must first opt in by texting to 470-574-4441 the
message DunwoodyFest. The service is free, and your information will be deleted from the system after the
event.

Payment
At the end of your performances on Sunday, call me at 678-427-6450. I’ll collect your hours and either pay you
with cash or get a check out to you the following week. If you have any questions prior to then, please let me
know.
