Dear Sir/Madam

Subject: Request for Clarification

It is to be recalled that Your respected office has floated a bid with RFP No.
AB/IT/004/2024/25

However, some points on the technical requirement are not clearly specified.
Therefore, we kindly request your office to clarify the following points:

1. For the tape library, you have requested one base module and two expansion modules.
Additionally, you have asked for 3 HH LTO 8 drives and 3 HH LTO 9 drives on
each module. However, each module can support a maximum of 3 HH drives. Please
confirm the total number of LTO 8 and LTO 9 drives required. Note: The maximum
number of drives for the requested number of modules is 9 in total.
2. You have requested 125 Ultrium 8 labelled tapes and 125 Ultrium 9 labelled tapes.
However, labelled tapes must be ordered in packs of 20. For proper labelling, we can
either provide 120 or 140 labelled tapes of each kind. Please confirm which option
you would prefer.

Additionally, we kindly request your response to this letter along with the answer to the
previous clarification request with reference number AC/53/24802/24.
