CHARACTERISTICS
CHEMICAL BASE : pure zinc 98% on sinthetic vehicle (resins)
PIGMENT PURITY : > 98%
APPEARANCE : light grey colour
PROPELLENT : denaturate odourless hydrocarbure. It does not contain CFC
DRY FILM THICKNESS : 20-40 µm micron (cross coating)
COVERING POWER : High
COVERING VALUE : about 120ml/m² (cross coating)
DRYING TIME : 5-10minutes. (Fast Drying- It Does not drip)
ELECTRIC CONDICIVITY : High
ABRASION RESISTANCE : Very High

APPLICATIONS
ZINCOSIL is used for to cold-work galvanize for all metals materials.
Zinc spray with high zinc content is particularly suitable for retouches in soldering, to restore or galvanize metal
sheets, to galvanize and protect weather-exposed bolts for long periods, to restore the zinc film on gates, doors, metal
sheets, tanks, metal structure.
The Aerosol is endued with a no-drop nozzle and it permits to use it without staining.
ZINCOSIL is also a good protective against corrosion of atmospherical agents, saltiness, humidity.

OPERATING- INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the can before use at least for one minute until the little ball inside the can is free to move. During the
application shake the product in order to keep it homogeneus. Clean and degrease the parts to treat. Spray at 25 cm
distance. After the use overturn the aerosol and spray the product few seconds to dodge the obstruction of the valve.
