MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:-


1. That the above noted case is pending trial before this Hon'ble
Court and is fixed for today i.e. 19.02.2025.
2. That on the last date of hearing i.e. 19/12/2024 the applicant
was not well and had informed his counsel that he would not be
able to present himself before the Hon’ble Court. That
unfortunately the counsel was held up in another court and
exemption application was not moved at the time when the
matter was called for hearing on the last date and accordingly
NBW’S were issued against the applicant /accused.

3. That the non-appearance of the applicant/accused was neither


intentional nor deliberate but due to the reason mentioned
above.
4. That the accused is suffering from Acute febrile illness (AFI)
and severe chest congestion along with fever and infection due
to which the doctor has advised him for a bed rest of 10 days
w.e.f. 18/02/2025.

5. That the applicant/accused undertakes to appear before this


Hon'ble Court on each and every date as and when directed
without any default.

PRAYER:-
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the NBWs issued against
the applicant/accused may kindly be cancelled and further be pleased
to drop the proceedings initiated under section 82 Cr.P.C. in the
interest of justice.
