ORDER:-

The Commissioner and the Inspector General of Registration and Stamps, A.P, Vijayawada
issued guidelines vide Circular Memo No.G1/19131/2005, dt: 13.04.2018 that the District Collector
is Competent Authority for any modification/ deletion /rectification in the list of Prohibitory
Properties List u/s 22-A(1)(a),(b)&(d) of the Registration Act,1908 and to send the said report to
the concerned the District Registrar for taking further action.

The issue of deletion of the subject lands specified in the Schedule are scrutinized in the DLRC
meeting held on ............w.r.t. Act No. 35 of 2023 and the facts appraised by the RDO and
the Tahsildar, the Committee is recommended for deletion of the following lands
specified in the Schedule from the list of prohibited properties u/s 22-A of Registration Act, 1908.
Therefore, I herewith enclose the list and request to delete the lands specified in the Schedule
(Village wise) from the list of Prohibited Properties u/s 22-A of Registration Act,1908.
