BOI Prepaid Card System Upgrade

Dear Customers,

We are excited to announce an upgrade to enhance your experience on our Prepaid


and Gift Card services. To implement these improvements, our Prepaid and Gift Card
services will undergo scheduled maintenance and will be temporarily unavailable for
below duration:

Transaction Downtime Duration: During this period, transactions on your BOI


Prepaid Card and Gift Card may intermittently decline.

Start: 6:00 AM on 23.01.2025

End: 10:00 PM on 23.01.2025

Prepaid Card and Gift Card Services will be temporarily unavailable from
20.01.2025 to 31.01.2025.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience
and understanding as we work to serve you better.
